New Billing System

Lee County WSC is currently transitioning from AVR (i3Vertical) to CUSI, a web-based utility billing system. This change, accompanied by our new AMI meter system, will enable customers to view their bills, daily usage, and process bill payments more easily than ever before. We encourage all our customers to update their contact information in order to prepare for this transition. In the future, high-usage notices, cut-off notices, emergency notices, and other communication concerning LCWSC will be done via Phone, Text, or email, all in an effort to better serve our customers.
